Network Monitoring

Network Monitoring

The term network monitoring refers to the operation of a system that performs constant monitoring of network connections, applications and used networks (local / Internet) in search of slow or faulty systems and which, if failures are detected, reports them to the network administrator using mail, telephone or other means of notification.

You can monitor almost any network — wired or wireless, enterprise LAN, virtual private network, or isp-provided infrastructure. Monitoring is able to cover devices with different operating systems and a variety of functions – from tablets and cell phones / smartphones to servers, routers, switches and sensors, help to identify any specific activity on the network, determine performance parameters and provide results that allow you to solve a variety of tasks, including meeting technical requirements, warning of internal security threats and ensuring transparency of network operations.
